These people installed a water heater for us and set it up for natural gas when we have lp. They have used every excuse in the book to not fix it. "oh its your fault you need 50% in your tank for it to work properly" "its out of warranty" etc. Not knowing anything we saved up and managed to get 30% in our tank. As low income people we cannot afford to get this lemon fixed. We havent had water in 4 months now and counting. This person "Ray" who runs this circus seems to be too busy to fix a problem that could kill our family. Avoid at all costs. Call anyone else and wait if you have to. Do not let these inept jerks in your house. If it had been in our basement we may not have smellled the awful burning smell and seen the huge yellow flame. we have run it for almost 8 months like this, we are lucky not to be dead. AVOID
